Deals are moving faster than teams
- IBD is where I&I money is going right now. Clinical leads and medical directors with Phase 2b/3 gastroenterology experience are the hires we expect to get harder to find.
- Every acquisition this week has an integration job behind it: alliance management, CMC transfer and clinical operations people who can bring in outside data fast.
- For 2027 plans: If you're in-licensing from China, budget for BD and search & evaluation people who can read Chinese data and deal terms. It's a small pool.
